How much does shipping cost?

Shipping between 5€ - 22€ depending on articles. Free shipping starts at 100€.
Prices for shipments throughout the European Union.

Is shipping outside of Europe available?

Shipping outside of the EU is not available at this time.

What is the production and delivery time?

Production time varies depending on the quantity of products and the complexity of your order. Generally, we can provide a time estimate once we've reviewed your order. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose.

What is the best format for sending files?

sRGB color, PNG file, and 600 dpi resolution.
If you don't understand what these acronyms mean or how to convert certain files, don't worry; let us know, and we'll adjust them for you. Check our guide here.

What is the difference between paper/vinyl/holographic stickers?

Paper stickers are suitable for temporary indoor applications, wear out with use, and are more economical.
Vinyl and holographic stickers have a vinyl (plastic) base, are durable and waterproof, suitable for outdoor use and have extra finishes available.

Are your stickers waterproof or durable for outdoor use?

Our vinyl and holographic stickers are waterproof and durable, but they're not UV resistant, so your mileage may vary on heavy outdoor usage.

I have a cat allergy, will Inkkitty be a problem?

Trace amounts of black cat hair might sneak into orders. We try to prevent this from happening, but we can't guarantee it.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom stickers?

Our minimums are for what we can fit in a single A4 sheet, we don't like wasting material.

Do you offer pre-designed stickers?

We have a line of custom promotional stickers featuring our mascot Inkkitty, but they're only available at events. Come say hi!

Do you offer design assistance if I don’t have a design ready?

We can help making small tweaks to your artwork if needed, but if you need a complete new design we cannot offer that service.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

If the order has not entered it's fullfilling stage we can make some slight changes. Once its being fulfilled no modifications are allowed.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We hace some sticker sample packs perfect if you want to check our materials and finishes. Check them out here.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for large orders?

No, we offer bulk pricing from the first print, we believe in offering affordable quality material without MOQ. For larger orders other online services will fullfill your needs more accurately.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Head over to your user account page to track all your orders.
