Accepted Formats: PNG, SVG, PDF, or PSD (make sure it has a transparent background for that perfect custom shape).

No Transparent Background? No problem! If you can't provide a transparent image but still want a custom cut, just let us know in your order note.

Outline Info: By default, we add a 2mm white outline around your design to give it that perfect finish. If you'd prefer a different color, just let us know in your order note!

Quality Matters: For the best results, your artwork should be at least 1500px and 300dpi or higher. We're not liable if lower-quality files print pixelated or with rough edges.

Color Space: Our printer works with an RGB color space, so no need to adjust your files. However, we recommend previewing your design in a CMYK profile to get a better sense of the final printed colors. Keep in mind that some colors may shift during printing.

Shipping

Shipping takes between 24h up to 8 work days, depending on shipping destination and holidays. Our shipping costs goes from 5€ up to 22€ and free shipping for all orders above 100€.

Returns

All our products are custom made for you, so they're non-refundable once production has started.

If upon receiving your order the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, write us an email with your order info and issue to orders@purrint.es so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 30 day return period.
